Guide Dog Visit

!n November, 2007, we had the pleasure of a visit from Maddie Mason, from The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. Maddie trains guide dogs, and brought with her 9 month old trainee guide dog, Kirsty, who was the star of the show. Maddie spoke at the Year7/8 assembly about various sight disorders and the training of Kirsty. Kirsty then demonstrated that she is well on the way to becoming a fully fleged guide dog.
