Global Citizenship

"Global Citizenship" is a lecture programme aimed at giving sixth formers a better informed perspective on many aspects of national and international affairs. During the last year we have had speakers from Amnesty International, Bedford Prison, the Church of England, Greenpeace, Liberty, NATO, Parliament, CND, the BBC, the Nuclear Industries Association and the National Secular Society. Internally sourced lectures have examined aspects of modern media and culture, human rights, terrorism and twenty first century conflict.
